The purpose of this security services construction project is to remove and replace security gates at three different border stations of Scobey, Montana (four security gates), Bonners Ferry, Idaho (five gates) and Oroville, Washington (four gates). Services included removing the old gates and replacing with either new chain-driven or hydraulically driven pivot gates, sensor loops, installing controllers, and completing the electrical connections. Gates were designed and fabricated to either raise or slide out of the vehicle travel way. Small amounts of concrete were required for foundations and pedestals. Gates were reprogrammed to the system after installation.
